Having a dishwasher machine Positive: I like having a dishwasher machine. Negative: The toilet seat didn't stay up, every morning I found a new bug crawling somewhere and since I was so close to the entrance I heard everyones coming going.

I have stayed here before, so I knew the neighborhood was great, the stay is well located for walking and driving, and it is comfortable and clean. This time, I booked two apartments, one for my parents, and it was very remarkably easy to coordinate. The communication was clear, the follow through was great. and it all came together as hoped.

Comfortable apartments and host is great with communication. 100% will stay again if we’re ever in the Houston area! Positive: Proximity to everything in the city(most importantly close to the Texas medical center) clean, and comfortable bed. Also has a dishwasher and washer and dryer inside your apartment for personal use which is a nice bonus if staying a while. Negative: Covered parking can be a bit of a squeeze so bring a smaller car if you have the option. It was even a tight fit with a vw golf. Full size trucks will have to park on the street because they won’t fit.

Excellent location. Positive: I chose this location for its proximity to the Menil Collection and Rothko chapel. They are must-sees in Houston. The apartment is very well-furnished. I loved having a washer and dryer as I had been traveling for weeks by the time that I arrived and needed to do laundry. I loved the location as I could walk to many great restaurants (like the Toasted Coconut) and one of my favorite cafes (Black Hole Cafe). The apartment was very comfortable and had lots of drawers and a closet (could possibly use more hangers, though). Negative: There wasn't laundry detergent, but there are convenience stores nearby that sell it. This is very minor, but just wanted to list it in order to help others.

Positive: Great stay, everything was clean and comfortable and exactly what we expected. Location was good, several coffee shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was nice! Negative: The AC in the bedroom wasn't working super well, but the living room unit was working fine so we were able to stay cool.
